A dedicated careers website for QuadrantDesign.

The challenge:

Quadrant2Design, a leading exhibition stand contractor, lacked a dedicated online platform to advertise opportunities within the company and attract top talent. The careers page on the main website wasn’t capturing the full scope of exciting opportunities available.

The solution:

As part of my role as senior web designer, I was tasked with designing and developing a dedicated careers website that showcases their unique company culture, diverse career paths, and employee benefits.

Key features:

• Engaging design – a visually striking website that reflects the creativity and innovation of the company. Images and videos showcasing the exhibition stand builds will bring the work environment to life.
• Compelling career stories – feature case studies and testimonials from current employees across various departments. This was intended to personalise the career experience and showcase the positive aspects of working at Quadrant2Design.
• Interactive job board – an easy-to-use job board showcasing current openings with clear descriptions, qualifications needed, and application instructions.
• Mobile-responsive design – the website was optimised for all devices, ensuring a seamless user experience for job seekers on the go.

Client

Quadrant2Design are one of the UK’s most popular providers of custom-designed exhibition stands, installing around 600 projects every year.

Employing over 45 people at their state-of-the-art facility in Poole, Dorset; their staff include project managers, designers and exhibition stand installers.
